1 Day War HOGG Tactical Vehicle Tactics Course - This is an Open Enrollment Course Free clothing provided by Propper for the course. Email War HOGG Tactical: rick@warhogg.com Date - Monday September 23rd 2024 Training Schedule - Instruction starts at 8:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm. We take an hour for lunch. LOCATION - Palm Bay Police Range 620 Hurley Blvd Palm Bay, FL 32908 The War HOGG 1 day Vehicle Tactics course is designed to provide the law abiding citizen or individual officer with the fundamentals of vehicle tactics / counter ambush techniques based on proven combat experience/training methods and to build a solid foundation on the following: Safety Pistol and Patrol Rifle Marksmanship This one-day course will be broken up into two segments. The morning session will focus on marksmanship with both the pistol and rifle using The Firearms Training Notebook (provided with the course) to help the officer establish both a dry and live fire training program. We will show the officer how to add realism to their range training session. The afternoon session will focus on vehicle counter ambush techniques based on combat experience. We will discuss and see effects of shooting through auto glass, counter ambush techniques for both a single officer and in pairs, vehicle ballistic test, rapid rifle employment, maximizing using your vehicle for cover, and vehicle tactics discussion throughout. The intent is to add to officer survivability if you ever are in a deadly force encounter around your vehicle. Equipment: • Zeroed Patrol Rifle, Pistol and Holster • 300 rounds rifle / 300 rounds pistol • 3 or more magazines for both platforms • Magazine pouch that will retain magazine when moving • Sling that can retain the carbine to the front of the body • Ear protection (electronic preferred) / Eye protection / Ball Cap • Weapon lube and maintenance tools • An old T-shirt that can be shot • We will be training in all weather conditions so pack accordingly. • Lunch/Water Any questions email War HOGG Tactical: rick@warhogg.com
