The War HOGG Ghost reload in my opinion is a critical task most shooters don't conduct when conducting their live fire training. It can be done for both the pistol and rifle however this video shows the proper technique for the pistol.
The key takeaway is the firearm is dry fired at the end of the sequence. Instead of just quitting the shooter goes through the sequence of conducting a speed magazine change. The Key part to this drill is the dry fire trigger press after the dry reload. This dry fire practice will show the shooter if they are slapping the trigger and disrupting the sights.
Hopefully this will drill will improve your overall marksmanship ability and be added as part of your life fire regiment.
